What is DUMO Innovations?
DUMO Innovations is the Malaysian company that builds and runs DUMO Logistic and DUMO Sales. This site is the home of both products.
Do my drivers need to download an app?
No. Drivers can check in through WhatsApp: they get a message, tap the link and share their location. If you prefer, drivers can also use a simple phone web app to start and finish their deliveries.
Can my customers see where their delivery is?
Yes. Each customer gets a private link that shows only their own delivery, plus a WhatsApp with the expected arrival time.
How does the AI customer in DUMO Sales work?
Your salesperson chats with an AI customer, just like a real WhatsApp or face-to-face conversation. The customer has a hidden reason for hesitating, and the salesperson has to find it. At the end, DUMO Sales scores the session and points out the line that lost the deal.
Can a manager see how the team is doing?
Yes. DUMO Sales has a manager dashboard that shows each salesperson's progress, scores and which situations they still need to practise.
Is our company's data kept private?
Yes. Each company only sees its own data. In DUMO Logistic, customers only see their own delivery. In DUMO Sales, each company's training records are kept separate from every other company.
